Background & Education
An executive with career successes in leading program, project and organizational change management for the oil and gas, financial, manufacturing and eCommerce industries.  Success starts with a passion for Tomorrow Readiness, which ensures that “people conversations’ are continuously happening at an individual level and throughout an organization to proactively identify opportunities for growth through change and transformation efforts.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DeVry University in Dallas, Texas.  Then completed Project Management training at Boston University, and certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2002.   Additionally, I’ve certified in ITIL and SCRUM.  I’ve led complex, cross functional projects with budgets of $5M to $30M.  I’ve directed IT organizations through methodology development in SDLC, PMO and Process Improvement Engineering.  My staff has ranged  form 20+ direct reports, 200+ indirect reports and 40+ software vendors.

In 1996 I started my career with Fidelity Investments one of the largest privately held companies in the US with over a trillion dollars under financial management and over 40,000 employees.  It’s here that I learned the value of continued organizational growth, managed based on Earned Value (EV) and  Return on Investment (ROI).  My career has taken me through the industries of manufacturing, medical device, web, digital and eCommerce consulting for Mitt Romney for President.

Personal Values
I was born, raised and lived the first 35 years of life in Fort Worth, Texas.   My great grandfather (x20) was Dr. Fuller the only physician on the Mayflower, and the first doctor for the original colonies.  I’m the direct descendant of 13 other Mayflower passengers.  In 2000 I moved to New England, and today reside in Hampton Falls, New Hampshire.

As I’m learning we are all a product of our environment.  They were my parent’s beliefs growing up,  and today its helped to shape my value system of;  family, responsibility to community and professional contributions to society.

My grandfather was the local Methodist minister in a small Texas oil town, always current with technology and was involved in the banking industry.  I developed many of his interests and I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DeVry University which included a minor in computer science.  My career has been focused in managing People, Process and Tools through growth and transformation in the technology, finance, and manufacturing industries.

My interest in community contribution keeps me involved in a passion I developed from childhood which is a love for animals, specifically horses.  I grew up showing Arabian horses.  In 2007 after moving to New England I became involved with Morgan Horses and won my first World Championship in 2011.
